GENERAL

Items purchased online cannot be returned for a refund.

FAULTY

If an item is perished, wrongly described, or different from what is shown on the website then we will meet our legal obligation which may include providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time (5 open days) with proof of purchase and picture.

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY PRODUCT FROM AN ONLINE ORDER

Take a picture of your product and send an email to info@monpetitmarche.ca – someone will answer you and provide a refund form within 24 hours.  Also, you will need to mail the product (s)  to LES ENTREPRISES MON PETIT MARCHÉ (9283-3813 QUÉBEC INC.)   Pack the item(s) for return. Put the postage label on the front, and don’t forget to include the return form.

PROCESSING

 Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund will appear on your credit card in 7 to 10 business  days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.
